Sundays blow by REALLY fast these days . . . especially if you spend HOURS watching football and not getting anything else done.  (Or, if this ISN’T you, maybe you know someone who fits this description.)

A new poll asked Americans what they wish they had MORE TIME FOR on Sundays, and the most popular response was SLEEPING.  31% of people said that.  (And really, that could go for EVERY day of the week.)

Here are the other top answers:
2.  Watching TV . . . 19%
3.  Watching movies . . . 17%
4.  Visiting loved ones . . . 17%
5.  Mentally preparing for the week . . . 12%
6.  Reading . . . 12%
7.  Going for a walk . . . 12%
8.  Talking to loved ones on the phone . . . 11%
9.  Doing a DIY project . . . 10%.  (Everyone has a project that they save for Sundays when they “have more time” to figure it out . . . and it’s been in the pipeline for five . . . 10 . . . or 100 weeks now.)
10.  Yardwork . . . 10%.

Less popular responses include:  Cleaning . . . cooking . . . meditating . . . and exercising.

The poll also found that the average person experiences the so-called “Sunday Scaries” 36 times a year . . . and that it usually sets in at 3:54 P.M.

That’s the feeling of anxiety or dread over what you’re expecting to have to deal with during the upcoming week.
