David Gilmour randomly mixed the sound for Jimi Hendrix’s performance at the Isle of Wight Festival in 1970!

It sounds like Gilmour was just a regular attendee at the festival, but somehow he did get backstage and they asked him to hop on the mixing board while Hendrix was playing. Here’s the full story!
