We've all been there, but get ready for the greatest customer service meltdown of all time. It's an EXTREMELY angry customer yelling at a customer service rep from an unidentified security systems company. Supposedly it was uploaded to YouTube by a former employee of the company. The customer was kicked around the system for over three hours, while they tried to get him to a supervisor named Michelle. Not surprisingly, the guy lost it after being on the phone for that amount of time, and freaked out at the last guy he talked to, a customer service rep named Mark. According to the person who uploaded it, the customer was legally banned from ever calling the company again . . . and they tried to scrub any record that the call ever took place. Here's just the first minute of what ultimately became an epic eight-minute rant.

A sports reporter in Louisville, Kentucky named Adam Lefkoe is suddenly a hit online, all because of some creativity and A LOT of inside jokes. Earlier this month, he worked the names of 31 old-school wrestlers into his report for no good reason. And on Sunday, he managed to cram in 41 "Seinfeld" references.

In case you missed it, there's a video on YouTube that's got over two million views of a guy who's all drugged up after his hernia surgery. His wife is taking the video, and he asks her who she is. When she tells him that he's her wife, he goes on and on about how hot she is . . . and how he hit the jackpot by marrying her. Then he tried to get her to turn around so she could show him her goods. Here's a clip from the video...See it here...

On August 22nd, 19-year-old Aaron Arias and his 17-year-old friend Jamal Harris were sitting at a stoplight in Dallas, and they started checking out a woman who was sitting in the backseat of the car next to them. They noticed the driver looking back at them, and felt like something wasn't right. Then they saw the woman mouth the words "help me," so they followed the car. Aaron got on the phone to 911, and it turned out the 25-year-old woman had just been KIDNAPPED an hour earlier. Police showed up immediately, pulled the car over, and arrested the driver . . . Charles Atkins Lewis Jr., who's charged with aggravated kidnapping. The woman says Aaron and Jamal saved her life, and she was able to thank them after it was all over. Here's Aaron in the 911 call, where midway through a police officer catches up to the kidnapper.

Adam Lefkoe at WHAS in Louisville delivered one of the most unique local sportscasts in America this weekend. While reading highlights from the season opening game between Ohio and Louisville, Lefkoe squeezed in 31 different wrestler names including The Ultimate Warrior, Honky Tonk Man, King Kong Bundy, Doink the Clown, and others. My favorite shoutout may be the phenomenal reference to Special Delivery Jones. The real highlight though comes at the very end as the news anchor sitting in stunned silence after the WrestleCast like she just saw Barry Horowitz pin Hulk Hogan.

Apparently heckling athletes sometimes DOES work. On Monday, fans at a soccer match in Turkey were relentlessly heckling one of the players. And it's not clear what they said to him, but it must have been VICIOUS . . . because he actually started CRYING and left the field. And it also started a fight in the stands.
